What does Comms·L1 or Comms·L3+Ops6 mean?

Lirica AI plans use a two-part naming system:

Comms·Lx = “Communications Level”

· L1 = Missed Call Response Agent

· L2 = Standard IVR Agent

· L3 = IVR+ Agent with multi-line routing and smarter AI

+Opsx = “Operations Agents” add-on.

· The superscript number tells you how many Ops Agents are included

· Example: +Ops2 includes 2 agents (Text + Email); +Ops6 includes all 6 Ops Agents

There are six Ops Agents total:

The X·Squad3 is an optional add-on for businesses with multiple departments that use separate phone numbers, extensions, or email inboxes. Each X·Squad3 includes: 1 additional IVR Comms Agent, and 2 additional Ops Agents ITR and IER Agents)

It gives you 3 additional AI agents to fully automate an extra department like Billing, Sales, or Support. This add-on is only available with the Comms·L2+Ops4 or Comms·L3+Ops6 plans.

How does the GBP Agent differ from the ORM Agent?

In addition to interacting with your customers through the chat function on your Google Business Page, the GBP Agent only responds to reviews that have already been posted, whereas the ORM Agent manages them BEFORE they are posted -filtering out less than perfect reviews (1-4 stars), and only sending a link to post a review to those that want to leave your business a 5-STAR review. ORM Agent also generates new reviews.

How does the ORM Agent generate new reviews?

The ORM Agent initiates a 'customer re-activation campaign' by reaching out to your past customers via email or text message, using your existing contact list (typically in a .CSV format).
